Running is a great way to not only stay in shape, but to also remain healthy. Running is an aerobic exercise primarily utilized to condition the heart and lungs. But, running also is FUN! The Running Athletic Project is designed to inspire those who are wanting to become a better runner. We will learn not just the physical aspect of running, but the mental approach as well.
